There are many things that can cause stress, so try and find what is causing your stress.
With Mindfulness, it is about living in the present, including the use of meditation. Mindfulness helps reduce stress, anxiety and more.
Whether it's going for a walk on the beach, in the park or going to the gym. Do something that suits you.
Even something as simple as sitting for a few minutes with your hands around a hot drink like tea or coffee (make sure the cup or mug is not too hot, I don't want you to burn or hurt your hands) can produce results in lowering stress levels.
Yes, dance like no one is watching, close the curtains or the blinds, crank up the music and dance away!
To help you find out what is causing your stress or making it worse, keep a diary of any stressful situations and you can then look back and if possible try and avoid those same situations.
Some stress is good for you like feeling excited or how you feel when riding a roller coaster.
